Meating Place Recap
Celebrating 45 years of leadership! In October 2025, MPO held its biennial Meeting Place Conference, which took place at the picturesque Blue Mountain Conference Centre at Blue Mountain. The event drew 253 attendees from across the meat industry.
Throughout the conference, our members participated in a range of activities, including the TableTALK Tradeshow, which showcased the latest innovations and products in the industry. Educational sessions delved deep into crucial topics, while the Handtmann Reception provided an exciting networking opportunity. Additionally, Ontario’s Finest Butcher Competition and the Awards Gala added an extra layer of anticipation, celebrating outstanding talent in our industry.
Against Blue Mountain’s backdrop, the Meating Place Conference provided valuable insights and left everyone motivated to shape the future of the meat industry.
